But if you wanna make it a DIY valentines day then you gotta start preppin soon! Or else your hunny is gonna end up with another macaroni necklace made by you (I mean really, how much rigatoni bling bling can one person own?)
so I scoured my faves on pinterest and brought you all these lovelies DIY tutorials!
Felt Heart and Doily Garland from mah girl Amy over at Buggie and Jellybean
ok, Amy is the shiz. She has 2 kids and *still* manages to find time to make all these cute DIY crafts, take photos of said DIY craft and blog about it.
She is my american idol.
IDEAS ON HOW TO USE THIS GARLAND:
• hang from your ceiling
• use the felt hearts from this tutorial as fun "hang tags" to tie around your other valentines
• make a super "mini" version of these and wrap around your kraft paper packaging.
Please sir, I want sa-more (ok, lame joke)
Wanna know why these are more epic than smores?
Well, cause they're pink (duh)

IDEAS ON HOW TO USE THESE SMORES:
• cut into individual servings, place into paper bags, and give out to the kids in your child's class as eadible valentines
• Cut them out using a heart shape cookie cutter and give them to your hunny
I'm sorry, does this NEED a follow up explanation?!
HOLY to the COW.
Screw an engagement ring, I am totally ok with someone popping the question to me and handing me this lil fella after I squeal YES YES YES!
IDEAS ON HOW TO USE THIS SUPER HERO POP:
• Um, it's awesome, there really are no other suggestions you need here people.
• Put this guy on top of blue frosted cupcakes with mini marshmallows as "clouds" so it looks like hes "soaring" over the sky
Mint + White chocolate = a party in my mouth.
IDEAS ON HOW TO USE THESE POPS:
• Since they are on a stick you can make it a cake pop/lollipop combo
• Stick a bunch into a Styrofoam ball that is sitting on top of a vase so it makes a fun v-day centerpiece bouquet
• Make mini "Name Flags" and wrap around the stick to be used as "seat holders" for your guest for your valentines day party.
